How to buy

If you see a puzzle you would like to purchase, simply email me at rbpuzzles@webound.com and let me know. Include the brand of puzzle (Big Star, etc...), the title, the 4 digit code at the begining of the description (a350, etc...) and the price. I will reply back to you and let you know if it is still available, and give you the total that would need to be paid, including shipping (and insurance if you wish). Most of these puzzles I DO NOT have duplicates of, so if you are interested in any of them, it's important to let me know as soon as possible.

Reserving a puzzle

Due to several instances where I have had multiple inquiries about the same puzzle(s) and none of the interested parties following through with payment, I have been forced to change my reserve policy. From now on, I will only reserve, or hold, items totaling more than $50.00. I will also require a minimum, non-refundable, downpaymwnt of no less than 50% of the total within 5 days, and the balance due within 15 days after that, before items will be shipped. Orders of less than $50.00 will be processed on a strict, first come, first served basis. All items are considered "in stock" and available until I receive a payment from a buyer.

Do I offer Discounts?
Generally NO. However, I will offer a 10% discount on a single purchase of $100 or more. This does not include s&h, which will be charged per the shipping prices listed on this page.

Payments

For payments, I accept money orders (postal prefered) and Paypal balance transfers. NO CREDIT CARDS please. I will also accept personal checks, but they are subject to be held for 10 days to clear.

Shipping

Sipments will be sent via USPS Parcel Post. Cost of shipping is as follows:
$8.50 for first puzzle (1000 pcs or less) & $9.50 (over 1000 pcs), plus $2.00 for each additional puzzle on multiple puzzle orders. Insurance can be added upon request. Orders of 5 or more puzzles may qualify for a shipping discount.
Shipping for "mini" puzzles, marked as "mini" is $5.00, plus $1.00 for each additional "mini" puzzle.

Where do I ship?

At this time, I am only shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.

When do I ship?

With current gas prices creating a large problem for everyone, I have decided to visit the Post Office 2 times a week to make shipments. Once on Tuesday, and once on Friday. This is regardless of when payment is received by me. If I receive payment on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (before 8pm), the package will be shipped on Friday. If payment is received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday (before 8pm), the package will be shipped on Tuesday.
