Frequently asked questions
- Do you have a catalog?
- Basically, this website serves as my catalog. I have recently
started to add finished puzzles and prints to choose from for
custom puzzles, to the gallery portion
of this site. In the future I will add as many as time will allow
me to cut. In the meantime I do alot of custom work which keeps
me pretty occupied.
- Do you sell wholesale? -
Not at this time.
- Can you mass-produce puzzles?
- Not at this time.
- Can I send a school picture of my
child to make a puzzle from? - This would not be wise,
as almost all school or studio pictures/portraits are taken by
professional photographers and are, therefore, copyright protected.
- Do you cut children's puzzles?
- No. The puzzles I cut have alot of small pieces which are not
suitable for children. I also do not make frame tray puzzles.
- Can I send a .jpg or other electronic
image to use for a puzzle? - No. It would be best to take your digital
image to a copy or print store, such as Minuteman press, Kinko's, etcc, where you can have full
control of the printed image quality. then you can send me the actual
print to cut on, in the mail.
- What other forms of material can I send?
- The easiest way to get the puzzle done is to send the actual
print you want me to use for the puzzle. If it's large it can
be sent, rolled up, in a blueprint mailing tube. Smaller ones
can be sent in stiff mailers. DO NOT use bubble wrap shippers
unless you include adequate protection and stiffeners.
- Can you cut puzzles with less pieces?
- Yes. But my pricing structure
is based on the surface area of the actual puzzle, in square
inches.
- Example: A Traditional-cut,
8" x 10" puzzle would normally be $96.00 and include
128 pieces (approximately). If you wanted an 8" x 10"
puzzle with only 75 pieces, the price would still be $96.00.
- Do you accept Paypal?
- YES!
- Do you accept credit cards?
- Only through Paypal.
